I read the news today…oh shit!

Will Clinton drop out? Who knows? I have no dog in this hunt except for flushing out the GOP from their corporate caves in Washington. Clinton has run a mean-spirited, sleazy campaign, going after Obama instead of McCain, whom she finds time to praise. Of course, Obama supporters are the worst, stomping their feet like petulant American Idol fans because not everybody is in love with their choice. Good ol’ fashioned American Mysogny is still in play, and that alone makes me defend Clinton, whom I otherwise wouldn’t. The fact is that Clinton has massive support and Obama has not shown himself to be good in debates nor is he the great uniter that his rabid syncophants claim. I await the time when it’s a one on one race and the focus can be on the absolute disastrous reign of Republican policies that have turned America into a dying third-world mall from the sun. The corruption in the administration is so odious, so entrenched, so unopposed, and so unquestioned by our MSM gatekeepers, that I hold little hope for the future of this democracy. The smallest corrective would be the purging of the GOP from the next election and if that happens, I’ll keep da faith.

And that yes means that I agree with the observation, not that I encourage the continued destruction of any credibility this country has with the outside world.

It’s so depressing, but same as it ever was. Thanks for chiming in.
What do you think of the new design? WordPress is a bit lacking in some charm (can’t change the font?) but hey.
